I enjoy working with clients in the area of trauma, ptsd, depression, anxiety, emotional and relationship issues. I work with adults and adolescence clients from diverse backgrounds. My own personal experiences have helped me to understand how essential it is to work with all my clients from their frame of reference and to actively listen to my client’s needs in the theraputic relationship.

I’m a EMDR certified therapist. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and Ptsd clients. I believe the essential part of helping others to heal is the theraputic relationship. I understand the importance of being there for my clients and working together to process their feelings and improving their lives.

I try and encourage all my clients to embrace the therapeutic process even though it may be a struggle at times to get through their emotional issues to heal and empower themselves. I believe that anyone can heal, thrive, prosper and rise to their greatest potential in life.
