A decision to begin psychotherapy indicates a willingness to explore personal roadblocks and develop strategies to cope with life’s difficulties. I work collaboratively with clients to find solutions to a wide range of issues including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and stage of life transitions. My services include psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, and children as well as psychological testing. My approach is warm and caring, and I am committed to helping clients overcome their difficulties through enhanced self-awareness and support.

My professional training has been extensive, and includes doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology as well as training in adult psychoanalysis. In addition to private practice, I am an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership working with executives and managers from leading corporations. I am also on the faculty for the University of South Pacific.

I am responsive to my clients’ needs and offer flexibility in fees and appointment times. I would be happy to discuss your needs over the phone and possibly arrange an initial consultation.
